Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Koftas

Squeeze out excess water from the grated gobhi.

Mix gobhi, besan, green chilies, ginger, red chili powder, and salt to make a soft dough.

Heat oil and fry on medium flame until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
